  • Social media scheduling and posting up to 8 posts per month.

  • Basic Canva graphics and branded content creation.

  • Google Drive organization including folder structure, file naming, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Light administrative support including inbox management, calendar scheduling, basic document creation, and client follow-up coordination.

    Approximately 8–10 hours per month.

  • Everything in Essential plus expanded social media calendar planning and content coordination up to 12 posts per month.

  • Flyers, pamphlets, event graphics, and marketing collateral designed in Canva.

  • Blog editing, formatting, and uploading.

  • Website content updates and basic maintenance.

  • Community outreach, vendor coordination, and DM management.

  • Email marketing campaign management including list organization and campaign scheduling.

  • Administrative support including project tracking, deadline management, and coordination across multiple platforms.

    Approximately 12–16 hours per month.

Strategic

For established businesses that need deep operational involvement and a true right-hand partner.

  • Everything in Growth plus a monthly strategy call with Erika to review priorities, progress, and planning.

  • Hiring support including job post creation, Indeed management, and interview scheduling.

  • SEO blog writing, content research, and editorial planning. Internal systems creation including onboarding documents, SOPs, and workflow organization.

  • Media kit design and management. Competitive research and reporting.

  • Event coordination including logistics, collateral, and vendor outreach.

  • Full inbox and calendar management with proactive follow-up and scheduling.
